See that’s the nice part about living on a city that isn’t snooty. If you want to dress up, you can dress up. If you don’t want to you don’t have to. Nobody looks out of place, nobody is judging, nobody is worried about anybody else.
Depends on the wedding. “Appropriate” has many definitions. I’ve seen people married in SCA garb, biker leathers, hippie tie-dye. It’s a big world. Lotta different people.

I’d love to see all Republican Senators wear hoodies with political messages on them. FJB, Trump 2024, The Gadsden Flag, picture of Hunter from his laptop, a picture from the border, and any other message they felt inclined to wear. And do it everyday.

I don’t care what the dress code is, I’m not gonna pay $368.00 for a light meal. It's not the meal, it's who's there that you want to network with. $368 is nothing when it comes to million or billion dollar deals.
Of course, there are also those dining on the taxpayers' dime.

Look what happened to air travel. Up until the mid to late 80’s people dressed up to fly, now its a basic cattle car with cows wearing spandex and daisy duke shorts

Agreed. Republicans have for too long been afraid to stand up and protest Democrats bad behavior and bad policies. Like they used to say Democrats protest and Republicans work. In my opinion the open border needs a million man protest by deputized citizens. Something needs done.
Were the Dems afraid Repubs were becoming the activists on Jan 6 for first time ever?. Ok some went overboard. Did the Dems and others construct a scenario where security forces were kept out and insiders and others used to create false turmoil. The event will be used for years to stifle protest from the right. While BLM and Antifa go scot free.
So maybe a few Repubs in Senate and Congress doing the clothing or some other rebellious thing might be a way to change perception.

You dress to respect who you are with, where you are, and who is around you.....IF you were brought up with manners.
I see guys at weddings and funerals with t- shirts and jeans!!! Pathetic.
