No. I do not. You may try to label me with such a behavior but it would be false.
However, when an individual chooses to ‘gaslight’ another person, they often use sarcasm, or attempt to manipulate to undermine someone else. I choose to honor the freedom of thought and expression we all have.
Some individuals have a desire to subjugate the privilege of personal expression by others with their hostile, demeaning critical labeling. This is not helpful within any discussion or format.
Intellectual honesty demands for each of us to think and form our independent viewpoint based on our own perception of facts. That is the freedom I embrace for myself, as well as for other individuals.
True, my opinions differ from those you hold. I reject the Invasion of Ukraine by Putin. However, I have never rejected your right to hold a different perspective.
“Gaslight” was a good movie and you should see it sometime so you can better understand the metaphor you’re misusing.
