Almost the exact thing happened in the men’s restroom at a pro-game a year or two ago.

Then this one not long ago…a fair fight is different from these thuggish sucker punches. I think they should go for Manslaughter 1st degree in these cases.

Based on the first reports I read about this incident, two things jumped out at me:

1. The police are describing this as an “investigation” — apparently because the actual cause of death hasn’t been determined.

2. It seems that the victim here may very well have been the aggressor in one or more incidents at the game.
