Hey there. I was wondering if any other Freeqer already suggested that maybe an anti-parastite drug might be worth a try. I’d do a dose of ivermectin, and after about 3 weeks, do another dose. That way any adult parasite will be knocked out on the first dose, and any that hatch after the first kill, will get it on the second dose.
I can’t remember the woman doctor who recommended this. I saw a video on it a year ago.
I use the paste ivermectin for a few different scenarios, like after a dentist appointment, doctor appointment, if I suspect a cold, and take it once a month if none of those scenarios happen in a month.
Once a month for three straight days will get any parasite eggs. Rest of the month kefir.

Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor, nor have a researched this in depth but .....
I have read that fenbendazole is even better than ivermectin, and just recently read that mebendazole is even better than fenbendazole. If I understand correctly, fenben is available OTC because it’s only considered an animal treatment, never prescribed for humans. Mebendazole is approved for humans and considered more effective and/or safer. Also more expensive.
You can get the fenben yourself without a prescription. Much cheaper. You have to convince a doctor to prescribe Meben. From what I can tell, they are both (along with ivermectin) extremely safe.
Just putting this out there for anyone who wants to look into it.
