I need some help with dinner tonight. I peed a few people I thought might cook but anybody please answer.
I have some ground beef out but I want something besides the usual. The usual is tacos & other mexican, spaghetti sauce, hamburgers. Ive already done and redone those. Although I do have some beautiful big juicy tomatoes from the garden that need using up. So hamburgers might be the default
Lol I gather you “pinged” them. If you actually peed them, little wonder you’re getting no response.
Hamburger, hamburger, let me think.
You could always look up the Trump favorite meatloaf recipe and make it a conversation starter as well.
OTOH, if you don’t know your guests, a Trump meatloaf could also start a food fight....so that might work as well!
Now it’s not that I’m lazy or anything, but there’s this:

I think I’d go with the Trump Meatloaf and then you can use the opportunity to make sure that great president gets a few more votes. That’s my final answer.
Oops, that was a bad typo! And here I have a resolution that I’m going to do better at proofreading.
Oh goodness...I’m hankering for a juicy hamburger! Lettuce, tomato, mayo, strip of bacon. Can’t beat it.
Pound of ground beef
Rice
Tomatoes
Onion
Corn
Mushrooms (optional)
Worcestershire sauce
Beef broth or bullion.
Chop onion and brown with beef and rice (uncooked) This is also where you can put in the mushrooms
When beef is browned add in beef broth a bit less then you would use for that amount of rice.
About ten minutes of cooking add in the tomatoes and corn. You can use fresh, frozen or canned. Do add the liquid as it will give more flavor.
Once the rice is done add the Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Eat.
I have also cooked it to the point where you add in the corn and tomatoes, put it in a casserole and put it in the oven with cheese. Needs about minutes to half hour.
Stew is easy. Brown the meat, add veggies and flavorings, then simmer till done.
I’ve been thinking about stuffed peppers.
