Amen...... the American plague called Black Lives Matter is in fact a celebration of the de facto right (obligation) to resist arrest. A night stick, billy club or leaded leather sap properly applied instantly ends resisting arrest. Such tools must be reintroduced to end the plague of BLM induced criminality. Black Lives do not Matter when they are endangering the well being of an arresting officer. Resisting arrest is violating the civil rights of the cop.
