>>Niacin again: prevents COVID, treats COVID, treats long-haul COVID, and helps with vaccine side-effects.

Tuesday was my second day on immediate release, starting @ 250mg:
Besides deep redness/itching all over, I got very dizzy and nauseas. Had to lay down for over an hour.
I can’t imagine increasing it but I will keep at it unless the dizziness and nausea gets much worse.
Can the liver safely tolerate high doses?
Yes. AZ and I have gone over 10g per day. You are severely niacin deficient.
Pro tip: dilute t=your dose in a glass of water and sip that for a while. That way you don't get the whole flush punch at once. Once you move on to higher doses you'll be able to take the whole dose at once. You are going to have to get up to around 3g per day for therapeutic effects to be noticeable. After that a maintenance dose of 1g a day is recommended.
Can the liver safely tolerate high doses?
The degree of flush is not proportional to the dose. The flush at 1 g probably won't be much more than the flush you're experiencing now. Moreover, you can expect the flush to decline with time, and most find that the flush is less intense with the GPR109 mixture.
Unlike niacinamide, niacin is liver-friendly. There is strong evidence that niacin can repair fibrosis in the liver before it becomes cirrhosis.
