What is Global Citizen Festival?

Global Citizen Festival is an annual music festival where fans take actions toward ending extreme poverty in order to earn free tickets. Our festivals bring together Global Citizens, artists, activists, world leaders, philanthropists, corporate leaders, and more, with one collective mission: End Extreme Poverty NOW.

Global Citizen Festival is timed to coincide with the UN General Assembly to leverage opportunities to get policy and financial commitments from government, corporate, and philanthropic leaders to defeat poverty, demand equity, and defend the planet.

Where is it and when?

It’s all happening on Saturday Sept. 23, 2023, on the iconic Great Lawn of Central Park in New York City. Gates will open at 2 p.m. and the show will start around 4 p.m., ending at around 10 p.m. Please note that gates close at 8 p.m. sharp.

I post this to update some on my ping list. Yes, the Globalist / Globalism idea continues to be pursued.

The secular world has placed its hope in the United Nations - For those that remember, Obama famously said: "I am a citizen of the world" way back.

While such platitudes may sound innocent enough, I am reminded that the world is being prepared for Satan's anti-messiah, the Antichrist, a false messiah and a world political ruler. And the False Prophet "religious leader" who will demand worship of him.

Admittedly these things may sound hard to believe and indeed, laughable. I remind everyone just how quickly the world was locked down and national economies brought to a virtual standstill.

There are tremendous things happening in our day. Including the ability to scan your palm to pay for your food (pics to be posted later in the thread).

Satan is setting the world up for his last deception.

There will be a world government - The Bible said way back in the Prophet Daniel that it would happen.

I'm not saying it comes from this event NOR I am saying anyone should try to stop it (absolutely not).

I'm just saying - be aware of these things if you're not already. Please pray for these people. Many of them have been deceived that a "global government" is somehow going to be a utopia.

It most definitely is, my brother. I would guess that the overwhelming majority of these attendees have no idea of the Word of God nor the times we’re living in, either.

I certainly understand how these notions will appear laughable and nonsensical. But I have watched, decade after decade as the world keeps building towards that prophesied in the Bible.

WHEN will everything happen? I don’t know. I DO know that our freedom of speech is under attack these days so (IMHO) best to get some information out NOW while it’s still possible.

China limits internet access to Christian material and has done so for a long time. I doubt much of anything can get through on the internet there. I used to know a missionary in China that I met through Navigators when I returned to college long ago. He had to be very careful not to get the Chinese government after him.

They're definitely being sold a bill of goods. There may be some small impact but this thing is like building a Tower of Babel. Which, BTW, is well-represented in the city of Strasbourg, France. The European Union Parliament Building was constructed in such a way to look like an unfinished Tower of Babel. Hard to believe but true.
