SK is a profligate HACK. He got famous with some weirdos like “The Shining” and “Misery” etc. but so, so many of his others are just plain junk.... It? The Tommyknockers? The Langoliers? The Mist? It’s gotten so that anything he writes now they make a damn movie of it (which do a better job than his books).
I pretty much put him in the same book at M. Knight Shamalot...
