This is how the Nazis did it in Germany. We are a nation on the verge of collapse.

Never ever willingly let any law enforcement agency into your home. And secondly, don’t talk to them invoke your right to remain silent.

Think of what happened to Gen Flynn. Never trust any of these creeps. They are the ENEMY. Not used to be that way but over the past 25 or so years, it has completely turned around.

It’s really very simple.

Gov Stitt gets a look at the investigation leading up to this raid. Let the AG take a look and see if it has any merit. If it does, it does and too bad for the FFL guy.

If the investigation doesn’t add up, then it’s taken to a different level. What level that may be is up to Stitt and the AG. But, one thing for sure, a very very detailed look at what every local/state officer is doing on the various task forces and the immediate suspension of any/all cooperation with them until said investigation is completed.

Feds rely on the locals a lot more than the locals rely on the feds. Let them dangle in the wind. And, on top of all that, federal law enforcement is having just as difficult time recruiting people to join its ranks as local departments. And with the federal push for all things DEI, the days of hiring men that want to fight crime are coming to an end and being replaced by 5’1” minority women that can barely hold onto a Glock 19M.

One thing I know about FFL folks, about 95% or more are legit and do the right thing. Are there some dirty ones? Sure are. But they are few and far between. Hence, one of the reasons that the ATF and its task forces target drug dealers so much. Because there aren’t enough dirty FFLs to justify the money spent on the ATF, so they have to expand their cases to include drug dealers that “have guns”.

SPOT ON - Never ever willingly let any law enforcement agency into your home.

Actually I refuse to talk to ANY Jack-Booted, Knuckle Dragging, Badge Monkey regardless of circumstance. My Lawyer is the only person I freely talk to.

[snip] ...a dozen ATF SWAT team members bearing "automatic weapons" raided Fincher's home, handcuffed him on his porch in front of his 13-year-old son and coerced him into relinquishing his Federal Firearm License... "Mr. Fincher claimed that the intent of the raid was evidently to coerce him into terminating his license. He said agents pressured him to declare that he was willingly signing the three prepared termination papers. He explained that he felt coerced due to the armed agents and the threatening environment. He likened the agents' actions to extortion rather than a proper law enforcement search. One agent reportedly warned, 'Tell your firearms buddies we are coming after them.' If true, this statement appears to be an unlawful threat by the agent." ...The raid on Fincher’s home was led by ATF Special Agent Theodore Mongell. "You're done. We have to shut you down," Fincher recalled Mongell saying during the raid. "You tell all your FFL buddies we are coming for them. We are shutting the gun shows down.". [/snip]

This is like a scene from “Red Dawn,” with U.S. government agents playing the Soviet and Cuban roles, going house to house to find and imprison those with guns.

Stinking Stalinist thugs. Not a single federal law enforcement agency has an ounce of respect left.

“You tell all your FFL buddies we are coming for them.”

Here’s hoping a few are taking that threat seriously and are preparing a proper welcome.

As an FFL holder, you must submit Ronan annual inspection of your records and inventory.

That STILL does not mean that you need to let them into your house.

You ask them what they want to see and they can wait, in the front yard, in the rain or blazing sun for you to bring it to them. One thing at a time. Do not let them on the porch. That is part of your home's curtilage and they have no right to be there.

The law is actually on the side of the people not of the jackbooted thugs but they have to know how to use it.

Letting them into his house caused no problem. He even said they were very polite during the visit.

Yes, it did.

They ever so "politely" insisted that he give up his FFL.

And you said that he HAD to let them in. You are wrong, again.

Do not let the police into your house without a warrant that you have read at the very least. Better still have a lawyer present as well.

As an American citizen you have rights even if the JBT's and their crotch sniffers would prefer you did not. Use them.

“Yes, it did.

You are confused. That occurred during the subsequent raid and was OUTSIDE his house.

“And you said that he HAD to let them in. You are wrong, again.”

You are wrong again. I never said that.

You are confused. That occurred during the subsequent raid and was OUTSIDE his house.

You are lying. Again.

After ATF’s SWAT team cleared Fincher’s home, they called the agent in charge of the raid — Special Agent Theodore Mongell — and told him it was “safe to come up.”

They can not "clear Fincher’s home" without going inside. And since they were on his deck.

They called me out onto my deck and handcuffed me.

The porch is part of your home's curtilage and they have no right to be there without a warrant.

You are wrong again. I never said that.

Oh no, I am right again.

“Never ever willingly let any law enforcement agency into your home. And secondly, don't talk to them invoke your right to remain silent.”

Wise advise given in post 16.

Your stupid response to the wise advise in post 20.

As an FFL holder, you must submit Ronan annual inspection of your records and inventory.

Implying that being a FFL you have to give up your rights for the government to trample all over and let them run riot in your home.

Which is, as always, wrong.

They called me out onto my deck and handcuffed me. My son was there and saw the whole thing. He’s 13 years old,” Fincher said. “They held me on the porch for about an hour. I was surrounded by agents. One by one, they yelled at me about what I was doing. In my mind I decided if they were going to beat me up over every little thing, I’m done. As soon as I said, ‘If you want my FFL, you can have it,’ one of the agents pulled out a piece of paper and said, ‘Well then sign here.’ He had made three copies in case I screwed one up. It was exactly what they wanted. I was shocked.”

An FFL holder must cooperate with the annual inspection. I would suggest going silent when they request your records and inventory would be bad advice.

Let me use small words because you are not only a liar but not very bright.

They cleared the home. After ATF’s SWAT team cleared Fincher’s home, they called the agent in charge of the raid — Special Agent Theodore Mongell — and told him it was “safe to come up.”

To clear a home you have to be INSIDE the home and have done a room to room search. Is that clear to you now. So they were INSIDE HIS HOME.

But being on the porch is no different because the SCOTUS has ruled that the porch is part of your home's curtilage and they have no right to be there without a warrant. They can do a knock and talk but no more.

And I know that you would, once again, be wrong.

You do not have to speak with them at all. Nothing says you do. You can bring them the records they request out to the street in absolute silence.
