Oklahoma state Rep. Justin Humphrey (R-Lane) sent a letter to the Oklahoma Attorney General, the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and “All Oklahoma judicial authorities and other law enforcement entities,” requesting an investigation into ATF’s SWAT team raid at the home of his constituent, Russell Fincher.
According to a press release, Humphrey said he was contacted by Fincher after a dozen ATF SWAT team members bearing “automatic weapons” raided Fincher’s home, handcuffed him on his porch in front of his 13-year-old son and coerced him into relinquishing his Federal Firearm License.
“If this report is true, and I have every reason to believe it is, then it would appear the ATF’s actions constitute a gross misuse and abuse of their federal police powers,” Humphrey said in the press release.
Fincher’s ordeal was chronicled in a story published in July. The 52-year-old is a high school teacher, a Baptist pastor and a parttime gun dealer.
“Mr. Fincher is a distinguished figure in our community, serving both as pastor and schoolteacher in the small community of Clayton, Oklahoma. He is known as a respected member of the community, and I have every reason to believe his account. If proven true, the actions of the ATF agents could be seen as a severe misuse and abuse of their federal law enforcement authority,” Humphrey wrote in the letter to the AG, Governor and Sheriff.
“Mr. Fincher claimed that the intent of the raid was evidently to coerce him into terminating his license. He said agents pressured him to declare that he was willingly signing the three prepared termination papers. He explained that he felt coerced due to the armed agents and the threatening environment. He likened the agents’ actions to extortion rather than a proper law enforcement search. One agent reportedly warned, ‘Tell your firearms buddies we are coming after them.’ If true, this statement appears to be an unlawful threat by the agent.”
Humphrey, who chairs Oklahoma’s Criminal Justice and Corrections Committee, believes the ATF violated Fincher’s Second and Fourth Amendment rights.
The raid on Fincher’s home was led by ATF Special Agent Theodore Mongell.
“You’re done. We have to shut you down,” Fincher recalled Mongell saying during the raid. “You tell all your FFL buddies we are coming for them. We are shutting the gun shows down.”.....,

The ATF Agent was telling the truth. The People refuse to believe it. Just as they refused to believe Noah. But, soon enough, they will learn for themselves. But by then it will be too late. Their lament will be, “No one told us!”
The investigation should have already been done and Indictments for every person involved should have been handed down already.
How did the orwellien deepstate become so powerful?
The answer is U.S.I.S.
Under Clinton the duties of federal applicant background checks was outsourced to a shell corporation known as United States Investigative Services. Prior to that the federal government processed the background checks of applicants under the oversight of OBM, office and budget management.
Eventually a whistleblower came forward to expose a scheme within usis to not only commit fraudulent fabricated background checks, but in the commission of doing so also defrauded taxpayers to the tune of nearly 7 billion dollars.
This led to nearly 700,000 improperly vetted federal applicants receiving security clearance checks to the nation’s most secure intelligence oversight positions.
The whistle blowers name is Blake Percival. However a web search will produce very little information regarding this because any mention on the internet has been nearly scrubbed.
So if there is any question regarding how the enemy secured such vital positions within our government, one look no further than U.S.I.S. which was successfully used to infiltrate and take over every branch, every level, and every agency of the U.S. government.

Very simple solution to this issue and many more like them.
Yes, the Feds can’t act on their own to enforce federal laws.
However, the FBI, DEA, ATF, US Marshals, ICE/HSI, rely heavily on local and state officers/deputies to fill the ranks of the many task forces set up around the country.
For example, the DEA isn’t all that big. Last I heard there were around 3000 agents. May seem like a lot but divide that up to 50 states, multiple offices, folks in admin-supervisory-training positions, whittling down the number of agents on the street doing enforcement. They rely on locals to fill those positions. Of course, the lure for the locals is the seizure money. You’re looking at, depending on location, somewhere in the neighborhood of $200-250k a year, per officer/deputy assigned, of seizure money going back to an agency. So, if an agency can afford to have 4 officers on a DEA task force, they could be looking at anywhere from $880 to over $1mil a year, into their bank account. And that money, which has stipulations about how it’s spent, can be used for all sorts of toys, gadgets, gear, training/trips, etc etc. Stuff that would not normally be paid for in the actual department budget.
So, if there is legitimacy to this state Congressman’s concerns, his constituent didn’t do anything wrong and this was just flexing from the ATF over some nonsense, pull all officer/deputies from the task forces. Make sure all the department heads are aware that any cooperation with the various federal agencies will be closely scrutinized and anything that is shown to have violated the rights of any citizen of the state will be investigated to fullest extent of the law. Make sure that it would be inadvisable for any member of state or local law enforcement to extend “professional courtesies” to any federal agent if/when they aren’t duty, on the way to an incident(feds can’t be cited if they’re working and en route to something...they can be cited if they just left Home Depot on a Saturday afternoon....yes they can use their take home car for that....after picking up some mulch).

When it comes to the actions of the federal law enforcement apparatus, it all starts and ends with the local police or sheriff’s department.
If the Sheriff is one worth supporting, then he/she would have dispatched deputies and eventually shown up to the location to ask what the ATF was doing and why. Better than average chance they would have snubbed him/her, which would take things to a completely different level, whereby the most powerful law enforcement entity in that county, the Sheriff, could have promptly told the ATF to bounce.
Which more than likely results in some kind of impasse, requiring massive amounts of media coverage and the ATF having to do some tap dancing.
Of course, that could bring on issues later, but that’s where the state legislature, federal representatives(like that clown Mullins), the state AG and the Governor step in.
If the people have that kind of backing then things might change. If not, we’re screwed until the people wise up and elect better folks.

My first thought was ‘by whom’. Then I had a ‘What Would Big Fani Do’ moment.
The local sheriff and County DA should issue arrest warrants for every ATF agent involved as well as all supervisory personnel up to and including AG Garland.
All communications should be seized and any black agents should be jailed and denied bond until a judge gets back from vacation.

They are Alinskyites— embedded inside our government with extra plenary powers they assert illegally on the citizenry. Case in point this raid on a FFL holder .
This is all orchestrated to bring down America as we know it.
Yes, under the 10th Amendment, States are empowered to do just what you describe. A check to the gross Federal actions that have no basis in Law.
States have power over Federals— who seem to have forgotten this, as have some States. It can change.

That was never a question. It will continue to happen until severely punitive measures are taken, Oklahoma state Rep. Justin Humphrey (R-Lane). It would not have happened in first place if anyone at the federal level in the GOP actually DID THEIR JOBS and removed funding for all the abusive LEO organizations.
