CASPER, Wyo. - The City of Casper operates under the city manager–city council form of government as opposed to a mayoral–city council form of government.
The positions of Casper mayor and vice mayor are therefore largely symbolic, and the mayor and vice mayor don’t formally hold additional authority beyond the power held by the other councilors. Nevertheless, the Casper City Council selects new leadership from among its nine members on an annual basis.

My thoughts exactly. How did the word get out about the abandoned motel? Seems like an organized effort. There’s a lot of stories about how hard it is to get squatters out. People are taking advantage of it.
Think it’s bad now, I read an article last week describing a “tsunami” of illegal aliens in the millions that will soon be reaching our borders as word as pretty much reached around the world that anybody can come in. Try to visualize that insanity, illegals throwning people out of their homes, taking over entire towns, even cities while Joe zones out on a beach laughing it up.
If it makes you feel any better, the POTATUS likely won’t be on a beach laughing it up for long.
After he’s outlived his usefulness to Deep State, he’s likely to be a very unhappy camper.
I’m more worried about the millions of unaccompanied military age males Deep State will have imported.
I saw one estimate that the numbers could run as high as ten million.
