Maybe he just loves that chicken from Popeyes?
A loose monkey has been spotted in Central Florida, with the elusive simian recently seen scaring a woman working at a Popeyes drive-thru window.
“I look over and I’m like, ‘Is this real? This cannot be possible,’” employee Kimberly Bialobos told FOX 35 after seeing the monkey on Wednesday morning.
“This is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.”
Bialobos said the monkey appeared near the restaurant on Enterprise Road, in Orange City, at around 9:30 a.m.
She noted that the monkey appeared to know how to navigate the streets, avoiding a busy road before disappearing from view.
The sighting came less than two hours before the Orange City Police Department revealed they received multiple calls about the monkey roaming the streets.

If a monkey in a Popeye’s drive-thru is the weirdest thing this girl’s seen, she hasn’t lived in Florida very long
” Is that your monkey???

LOL LOLOLOLOL That’s a classic! Thanks!
Is that where that comes from? It’s been so long that I forgot.
It should be on this YouTube.
What’s the big deal about a monkey in Orange City? Years ago, some monkeys were introduced to the town of Ocala, for a Tarzan movie being filmed at Silver Springs. This monkey is probably a descendant of them.
It’s probably stranger to see twenty feral chickens roaming around, behind the Popeye’s in Oviedo (another town not too far from Orange City and Ocala), without knowing how much danger they could be in. My guess is that once upon a time, somebody in the Popeye’s burned a batch of biscuits and threw it to the chickens outside, and since then the chickens have been coming back for more.
Florida is full of exotic animals released into the wild after their former owners come to their senses and realize that maybe owning such an animal wasn't such a great idea to begin with.
We’re they sawing “Curious George” movies or perhaps “Coconuts”?
The monkey was later seen riding backwards on a pig.
……………looks around, quietly backs out of thread.
Self censoring my comment...Monkey, Popeye’s...nah...
We aren't talking about the Ghetto Monkeys...
Wild chickens are a lore in the Ybor City area of Tampa...
