I don't think of this in terms of commercial/admiralty law at all. I'm talking about simple property rights.
If I own a business establishment and I want my customers to wear masks, LA Lakers jerseys, or MAGA hats while they are inside the building, then they either do what I tell them or they go somewhere else.
I don't understand where anyone on this website would get the idea that they can tell a business owner how to run his establishment.

Bake the cake!
I’m sort of with you on this. But, will the business owner be upset if I stage a rally outside his store to publicly humiliate any patron entering the building wearing a mask?

Can we think of this in terms of lies? The mask is a lie. The pandemic is a lie. The vaccine is a lie. The lockdown is a lie. Banning ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine is a lie. Medically discriminating someone and denying them access to critical services and goods or their bank account over a lie is a violation of the constitution, a violation of civil rights, a violation of nature, a federal offense.
“Every lie we tell incurs a debt to the truth. Sooner or later that debt is paid.” As a son of God I have a biological imperative to the spirit of truth. I will not tolerate being discriminated against by a private business or corporate franchise because they won’t serve me unless I participate or contribute to their lie.
