I guess you want 1000 Freepers showing up at your house for BBQ and cocktails.

I’m running a pellet smoker these days. My results are fantastic!

Well I guess you can take it camping and plug it into your Rivan or F150 Lightning but may not be able to get home. In any event the taste will be inferior to a simple Weber Kettle.

You need fire for the flavor.
Electric doesn’t do it.

An electric grill is like your oven. Grilling and BBQ is about smoke. You need wood for smoke

How is the flavor? I prefer a charcoal sear and flavor.
I’ve only had pizza in a pellet oven.

I have a Weber Summit S-670 for grilling and a Weber Smokey Mountain for barbecue and other smoking tasks. I have a backup Weber Smokey Joe for emergencies, AKA my dumb ass let the propane run out. Next purchase will be an outdoor propane griddle. Electric grill? Please!

He lives in a condo in Austin, Texas. He writes for Food and Wine (magazine??)He has a partner, not a wife or a girlfriend.
The closest he will get to cooking over an open flame is if he decides to roast marshmellows when his EV spontaneously ignites.

Is It Better Than Gas or Charcoal? I'm sure it works great for the author's grilled tofu and kale burgers.
