So, would you like us to actually post some of the brutal content about Trump?
>> I know it’s an unpopular opinion here. But, I like Ron DeSantis.
I don’t hate the man, but I don’t respect him any longer after he crapped on President Trump, and especially after he came out endorsing Biden as the honest victor in 2020, which is a total LIE. I agree he screwed up royally running in 2024 instead of supporting President Trump. I doubt he’ll ever recover his reputation; his national political future is toast.
Christie texted Eric Bolling about being in second place and when he read it on the air, one of his guests went into an uncontrolled fit of laughter!
I’m afraid that the next governor in Florida may be a democrat because the folks here are disgusted and don’t want to be hoodwinked again. He better get his butt back her and work harder than ever to get back into the good graces.
So you're fine with the name calling toward Trump?
Exactly and the DeSanitizers here know that.
Let’s pull together and focus on defeating democrats and exposing potential voter fraud.
Only someone living in a cave is shocked by this.
“Cotton,
Your answer sums it up perfectly!”
I just remember all the games they’ve played. I remember how they changed the rules in 2012 to thwart another Ron Paul type. I remember them viciously going after Newt Gingrich in Iowa in 2012. And then when he rose again, and won South Carolina, they literally pummeled Gingrich to death in Florida. I remember them changing the rules in 2016, moving Florida from proportional to winner-take-all and doubling the Florida delegation, to assist their preferred candidate Jeb!. I remember them constantly changing the debate rules in 2016 to keep Kasich and somebody else (I can’t remember) on the debate stage at the edges, when they should’ve been out, because they were DONE!
Their moves are ALWAYS to assist their preferred, chosen ahead of time candidate.
So I, among the others, am happy to see their current schemes go down in flames. I don’t have anything against DeSantis, but he’s surrounded himself with McRomBushes and you can tell they’ve been whispering in his ear. So he can go the way of the rest of the milquetoast pantywaists who try to convince us they’re “severely conservative” (remember that one??).
We’re not fooled anymore. We’ve seen the game over and over. Trump will be the nominee and that’s that. For God’s sake get behind him or get behind the Democrat like John Kasich, Carly Fiorina and the rest did.
“Those who join us in all sincerity we welcome. Those who do not favor our cause, we don’t expect to enter our ranks in any case.” - Barry Goldwater 1964
I've thought about that myself. The only theory I can come up with is that Christie is a name known in the NorthEast, so he is "local", so to speak, to New Hampshire(ites).
I agree. I also think that he has blundered in his recent comments about Trump supporters.
He has not only taken a hit on his presidential aspirations this cycle; but, I think he may have destroyed any future trys at being POTUS.
You’re right, it doesn’t matter how the also rans are ranked. There’s the winner, and there is all the rest.
Well put. DeSantis appears to the outside world as a really great governor for our times. But the truth is, his national campaign is lame. For whatever reason.
If we can’t nominate Trump, then we’re screwed, and beyond anything DeSantis could do to save us. He might as well finish his term in FL.
I think it’s a definite possibility. The CCP has literally 10s of thousands of “50c” agents that go under false conservative identities (or otherwise) and spread dissension.
I think it’s highly likely the CCP and Dems , maybe even working together, have infiltrated all sorts of websites. I think it’s a possibility they have I.D. Desantis as a more potent threat to Biden and a few—-not all of them mind you, some are just Trump super Loyalists— are working here.
A possible strategy is to actually want to get Trump the nomination knowing the outcome is very possibly to be like the last election.
I have no proof of this but I’ve noted before how rare factual attacks on Desantis are. It’s almost entirely name calling or vague, very vague accusations.
Personally when I hate a politician like Obama I give reasons, such as he used community organizing strategies on the national level to create a victim mentality in black people. Or say with George Bush who destroyed Iraq for non-existent nuclear weapons. Etc etc. You don’t (often) see that with the Desantis haters—more like a script they are following.
Example from actual leftists that hate him, PBS: “ From the death penalty to gender identity to abortion, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has cemented himself as a conservative standard-bearer in the lead-up to his 2024 presidential announcement.
With the help of GOP supermajorities in the statehouse, the Republican has been able to push through an aggressive agenda…”.
Our enemies know him and they hate him. Which is also true with Trump which is why I will vote for him as well if get the nomination again.
PS
I should make it clear I don’t think FR has became left, I think it’s possible some leftists use it as a cover to spread dissension in conservative ranks.
It is getting hard to believe the FR that I have followed for 23 years has been so thoroughly infiltrated, but it sure seems that way these days.
If so, if Trump is nominated, and loses in an electoral college landslide against whomever the dems run, FR will have a drastic reduction in traffic.
You post 90% of the anti Trump posts.
hes not polling there...
clearly
a push poll to make trump LOOK LESS POPULAR by any means necessary...
35 percent of americans are independent
28 percent of americans are democrat
and 28 percent are democrat.
this is not a democrat/republican election.
trump is not a gope republican.
there will be a significant 3rd party most likely this time... and joblo will not win.
