We were on a Northwest flight and circling the city waiting for weather below us to clear & we were struck by lightning. You could hear a pin drop. We flew back to Minneapolis because the weather didn’t clear, got on another plane and landed an hour later. Thought we were going to be in Minneapolis for a couple hours waiting for a spare plane, crew etc.
