The Lahainans only get a small amount because they will not send Joe Biden any Bribes. Even Hunter is complaining that they will not put him on any reconstruction board of directors. Hunter can’t get any bribes out of them for the big guy. It is a requirement Joe Biden has to get his 10%. What is wrong with the people of Lahaina, everybody knows how grafting works. Why won’t they cooperate and send Joe his 10%? Then Joe will release the 5 or 6 Billion that they need.
