You can’t get justice for non-leftists in radical Communist areas, such as Multnomah County/Portlandia.

A parallel to this is in the Jim Crow South where, if a lynching happened and it came to trial at all, the jury would automatically acquit. Now we have basically communist parts of the country where their thugs can lynch people and the thugs are treated like heroes. We need either a separation or else a new Reconstruction, this time to break the power of the communists.

There has always been politicized justice in the United States. Things like this used to happen to blacks all the time in the Jim Crow South. What’s the common denominator? A political climate that encourages violence against the dominant party’s enemies (in both cases the Dems). In the Jim Crow South, blacks did not receive justice when experiencing KKK violence. Now, anyone opposing the Dems / radical Lefft does not receivee justice when experiencing ANTIFA violence.

Imagine how a CCP or Soviet jury would treat someone beaten up by their state police. Would they vote in favor of the government or the abused?

It was jury manipulation in part and the judge permitted it.
If he cannot appeal, we have truly lost ‘justice’ in this country, and we may never get it back without ‘starting over’ (not getting into the underlying meaning of that phrase this early in the morning).
SMH, this is outrageous especially since it was all caught on tape, how much more evidence do you need to convict?
