In my opinion, IVM is so safe and effective, it should be available over the counter, and it should be taken like a vitamin for prevention. It is derived from a natural bacterial substance found in Japanese soil, but the current version appears to be synthetic. You may want to stock up while you can.

If you are interested in any particular cancer, search for Ivermectin and that cancer name. It is a well-studied drug.

Swine “Pro-Zap” (Ivermectin formulated to human body mass @5ml per 100 pounds, subcutaneous) cost me $19 for a 500ml bottle last time I bought it. That’s roughly enough to dose 50 people. The only difference is the swine formulation has no lidocaine in it, so it burns for a few hours at the injection site.

The parent compound is avermectin from a species of Actinomyces discovered in a Japanese soil sample. Supposedly the bacteria are found on humans also.
Ivermectin is a derived semisynthetic analogue of avermectin. There are more analogues out there.
Toxic to some fish. Very few things are harmless.
But it does seem to have great potential for treatment of a few human diseases.
