In the plea deal case is all the evidence needed to convict Hunter Bribden. In the house committee is all the evidence needed to jail hunter and impeach and remove and jail his father.
This is a delaying tactic set to run after the election.
Give me the files and I’ll write the indictment and impeachment allegations by Monday.

According to the noon news the ‘Special Counsel’ will now place every name, no matter how remotely involved with the Xiden Crime family, ‘under investigation’. This allows any spokesperson for the administration to deflect any question about the situation with ‘I cannot comment about an on-going investigation’ or ‘I refer you to the Just-us Dept or the FBI’
It is a massive firewall that cannot be breached by legal machinations. It also gives the Rs the excuse to say ‘We cannot do anything - our hands are tied.’

In a press conference today, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced he will be appointing a new special counsel, David C. Weiss, to investigate the Biden's.
That alone would tell you that it's satire.
