I could’ve sworn she was also interviewed by Dick Cavett but die hard AR fans says it never happened. Any clues?

I saw her interviews on Donahue and Snyder when they originally aired.
She was ignorant of, or dishonest about, Christianity. She said something life, "You take your ideal man, and torture and kill him. I think that's monstrous."
She just didn't get it. Didn't understand the whole point of Christ's sacrifice. She talked as if Christians advocated torturing all ideal men, as if it were even possible for any man to equate with Christ.
I'm also certain that, like many atheists, she never studied Christian theology, yet felt perfectly competent to comment on it. Not very "rational."

"What a great interviewer Snyder was"
Absolutely. One of the greatest ever.

I’m curious, I wonder what Ayn Rand thought about the 19th amendment.
Anybody know?

I don’t disagree with anything she said.
With me, she was preaching to the choir.
She’s as grounded in reality, as grounding could ever possibly get.
If there’s anything I would disagree with her is on atheism. No one can be sure that there isn’t (or is) a higher being, so the more rational position is to be agnostic.
We like to think of ourselves as the highest form of creation and that what our senses reveal is all there is. But maybe an amoeba thinks the same about itself, and it will never know of our existence nor our nature.
So it’s very possible that we are to God what an amoeba is to us.
