I’m curious, I wonder what Ayn Rand thought about the 19th amendment.

Anybody know?

I have never heard of her making a statement about the 19th Amendment. I am sure she would think women had a right to vote. It’s how they vote she would have an issue with - voting for collectivism. (She would have the same issue with men doing that!) She would say that’s a cultural problem not a voters right’s problem.

In her interview on Donahue, Rand said that women were unqualified to be President, because it was not in the nature of women to command man.

Rand did support women's right to vote, and she said she'd vote for a woman running for Congress or Senate, just not for President.
