The economic meltdown that is coming should not be a surprise to anyone. Throughout U.S. history, there have always been signs that a major downturn was coming, and that is precisely what we are witnessing right now.

Tax revenues are way down, demand for trucking services is way down, demand for cardboard boxes is way down, the money supply is shrinking at the fastest pace in modern history, and the Conference Board’s index of leading economic indicators has already declined for 15 months in a row.

At this point, anyone that cannot see what is coming has got to be willingly blind.

"Pound the computer keys as you sit in the comfort of home."

Been doing it since 2009. I'll never work in an office again, and don't miss it, or the hassles, expenses, and time associated with it, at all.

I don’t disagree at all. A lot of jobs are computer oriented
as opposed in person office related.

Joe Biden and his defenders continue to insist that everything is just fine.

One thing I didn't see mentioned is that we had to raise the debt ceiling just to pay the interest on our loans. Borrowing more money is the only things that has stopped the economy from crashing.

And that's assuming you don't see replacing 600,000 full time jobs with 900,000 part time jobs as crashing, as happened last month.

...and AI is landing which will exacerbate employment issues more dramatically than in other downturns. This time, it will be lawyers, writers, ophthalmology, dentistry, etc.

Who can afford restaurants? I went to a food truck and a burrito was $18. It is insane.

Pizza's are now $20-$25+, McDonalds for two, that's $25. We used to have a "Carrolls" Burgers in the 1960's, A Burger and fries and a soda AND CHANGE BACK FROM YOUR DOLLAR - WAS THEIR ADVERTISING STATEMENT

From Biden’s first day in office and the six months that followed he opened the door for inflation and price gouging he’s the fuel for it and it won’t die down until he’s gone.

It will not be called recession. It will be called Bidenomics. You will own nothing, and you will be happy.
