Did Trump Know Election Fraud was a Lie?
American Thinker ^ | 8 Aug, 2023 | Joe Fried

As a general rule, a prosecutor can’t establish criminality unless he demonstrates criminal intent. For that reason, Special Counsel Jack Smith is trying to establish that President Trump knew for a fact that he had lost the election. I have a problem with Smith’s reasoning because, to this day, I am certain that Trump did not lose the election. Here is some of the evidence.

Strange ballots in Fulton County

A review of Fulton County’s 147,000 mail-in paper ballots has been continuously blocked by the Georgia Secretary of State. However, a diligent nonprofit organization (VoterGA.org) managed to get some low-resolution ballot images of Fulton’s ballots. The findings are astonishing, and entirely verifiable:

1. In Georgia, every scanned ballot has to produce two files: an image file (.tif) and an authentication file (.sha). Those two files are produced simultaneously. Yet, for more than 16,000 ballots, the authentication files were made hours or even days after the image files. How is that possible?

2. 17,724 final certified recount presidential votes have no image (.tif) files. They have no support whatever. This appears to be another impossibility because the image is needed to create a “cast vote record,” which is needed to tabulate the vote. It is possible that Fulton County discovered a ballot shortage in the recount. Rather than concede that Trump may have won, someone stuffed 17,000 paper ballots into cardboard boxes. However, the person didn’t make a scanned image of each ballot because the dates on the scans would have revealed the hoax.

3. 132,284 mail-in ballot images (.tif files) cannot be authenticated due to missing .sha files. Those are just three of the 15 findings that were itemized by VoterGA. See its video presentation @27:00. For images of Georgia ballots and evidence of more irregularities and impossibilities, see GAballots.com

Why so many more votes in 2020, when less military deployed? Copies of ballots on 8 1/2 x 11 copy paper is bizarre. No one knows who actually cast the ballots, right?

Trump believes that the election was stolen. States Election Legislature laws were ignored or overruled by federal courts. Teams of Democrat lawyers were prepared to support unverifiable mail in ballots and illegal drop boxes before COVID-19 was released from the Wuhan lab (No, I don’t believe the Bat soup story). States like Pennsylvania have more votes than voters, and Georgia certified an election that doesn’t have the images and data to support. Comatose and Demented people in Wisconsin voted in the 90-100% range in nursing homes. Colorado had nearly 90% voter turnout (which couldn’t even happen in the old Soviet Union) with Gulag handing over it.

Everything that has happened, including the media, Pence actions, the failure of Congress to pause and investigate, the antics of the FBI, Homeland, and CIA, have all been to cover for what was obviously a rebuke of the American Peoples voice. Washington DC wants your money, and not your opinion, and especially not someone who wants the average Taxpayer to have a say in the process.

Shame on all those who have refused to stand up, still refuse to stand up, and question and investigate if people even have civil rights when the government and political parties can ‘install’ someone like Joe Biden. The SCOTUS failed badly, but they may get another chance shortly.

When did I know it? When they covered the windows so no one could see. When they stopped counting and said they’d continue tomorrow. When we saw 2000 Mules. There was election fraud. It was perpetrated by democrats. In GA, it was militant blacks in Fulton county (and still is). Only one way this ends.

Trump’s team should have no trouble proving election fraud. A great opportunity to expose the fake new media, the DOJ and FBI.

“President Trump knew for a fact that he had lost the election”

My view is that to this day no one knows for sure whether Trump won or lost. Trump saw evidence of fraud and fought. Nothing unlawful there unless it’s uncovered that he fought dirty.

Great article!

Does anyone know why the counting stopped election night? Did this vote counting stoppage occur simultaneously in several states? Is this normal?

I still believe that the 2020 election was bullshit. Way too many irregularities in too many places to think otherwise.

Did Trump know he stopped beating his wife?

There was enough documented rampant election tampering and voter irregularities nationwide to cast doubt on the outcome just from a ‘preponderance of evidence’ threshold used in civil courts daily. And a national election is important enough that anything less than airtight security measures to ensure an overwhelming legitimate election takes place, then it should be suspended, audited, and re-done if need be. The left knows these facts intimately but lie about it constantly since they are the devil’s spawn.

Even if these irregularities were proven to be fraudulent, coordinated and orchestrated, would they have made any difference to the electoral college results?

None of the big swings in metropolitan areas brought any extra Electoral College votes for Biden. But he still came out ahead.

This has echoes of the UK Labour Party under First Past the Post, piling up massive swings and majorities in big cities, and relying heavily on the postal vote with immigrants, but still losing to the Tories over and over again.

The UK Electoral Reform Society commented,

“In a democracy, the location of your voters shouldn’t be more important than their number. Sadly, under first past the post style systems like the Electoral College, the democratic will of the people, clearly expressed, can be overruled by the arbitrary geographic rules of ‘winner’ takes all.”

The Tories complain about the leftists using fraud, but as long as they’re winning with OR without the fraud, there’s no reason to fix the problem.

I wonder if there’s an element of similar thinking in the US political system. Even if they did acknowledge widespread fraud, there’s no guarantee the fraud did affect the result, and it’s not in the Democrats’ interest to prove that Trump only lost because of fraud.

If they could prove he’d have lost anyway, the pressure would be on reforming the Electoral College and that’d be a bigger problem for the Democrats.

I don't even need to know these particulars to know the election was rigged. All I need to know is:

1. An incumbent wildly popular with his base always wins re-election.

2. The candidate who wins all of the bellweather counties (except one, I think) always wins.

3. No way did Biden get 17 million more votes than Obama at his most popular.

4. There was no reason to refuse to count the mail-in votes until the in-person voting was done, unless it was to ensure that enough mail-in votes were generated in the correct swing states to steal the election.

Those four things are all I need to know in order to ascertain that there was massive fraud.

Does anyone actually think Trump stops long enough to actually think things through? He’s a brawler. He is addicted to social media and his MO in a fight is to run to Twitter and lash out. His strategic plan is to win the next 5 minute news cycle. He latches onto anything at hand from any source that fits his mood at the moment, throws it out there, and sees what sticks. This is not 4D chess.

4D chess is what we saw from the Bush campaign in the 2000 Florida fight, when Gore and the DNC tried to steal and election by throwing out all existing law and precedent and empowering democrat Jack controlled panels in four counties to manufacture votes out of pregnant Chad’s, dimples and fly specks. The Bush response? Out walked James Baker leading a phalanx of grim faced heavyweight lawyers in gray suits that looking like something from Central Casting for a Hollywood epic on “The Lawyers You Don’t Want To Tangle With.” James Baker was the boss, the message discipline was absolute, they knew exactly the points they had to sustain, and the focus was total. No loose talk, no freelancing clowns, and false leads. It was the Gore/DNC team that was flailing because their only hope was to create chaos and invent a way to cheat, and they counted on winning in the court of public opinion given that the media was all in on the steal.

The main reason Florida got so messy was that the Florida Supreme Cout went rogue, abandoned the law, and acted as a partisan saboteur. The Bush legal team, which was defending established law and precedent, won most of the rounds in Florida’s lower courts and again in the Federal courts. It was the Florida Supremes who kept creating chaos.

The Trump legal effort in 2020? Sheer chaos, and the communications HQ was Twitter. Trump’s official legal team — who were the actual lead lawyers and how many floated in and out of the picture?— was completely overshadowed by freelancers who were off chasing kracken and half a dozen other internet speculations. These folks were serious and some were superficially persuasive enough to gain social media traction, but they all struck out whle Trump’s nonstopped twitterfog confused things. The strategy turned out to be to flail wildly in all directions, make smoke, and hope to get lucky somewhere.

No, Trump was not deliberately propagating a lie. Trump was throwing out speculations and leads on Twitter and hoping that someone else could connect the dots. And Trump seems to have a boundless capacity to believe whatever social media rumor is convenient for him at the moment— and if something else comes along in the next 15 minutes, he’ll jump to that.

He’s a brawler. He doesn’t stop to think. A lot of people like him simply because he fights. But he routinely picks fights he can’t win, and he doesn’t plan enough to play the foundation for fights he might win if he laid the foundation.

When did I know it?
As soon as they instituted mail in voting.

Two things are always missed in this discussion.
I worked mail in voting. I saw the cheat in Oregon years ago. Election clerks are given stacks of voted ballots and a pen. If the circle isn’t dark, the worker “enhances” it by marking the space heavier.
NO ONE SHOULD BE NEAR A VOTED BALLOT with a pen.
I watched a democrat marking a second choice which invalidates the vote. This is known as an overvote and we need to know the number of them because I bet it’s much higher than normal double votes.

Secondly, 85% of postal carriers are registered democrats. You have TRUMP signs in your yard... sorry, your ballot never made it to be counted.

Fyi
overvote occurs when one votes for more than the maximum number of selections allowed in a contest. The result is a spoiled vote which is not included in the final tally. One example of an overvote would be voting for two candidates in a single race with the instruction “Vote for not more than one.”

The sheer numbers of votes are suspect. Approximately 156 million votes were cast in 2020. The US had a population of 360 million in 2020. That indicates that over half of the population voted. In actuality Biteme, according to probable votes, got around 60 million to Trump’s 74 million if the election were on the up and up.

Trump’s 74 million

That's another thing. Trump got ~63M in 2016, and 74M in 2020, that means he was popular with his base. And statistically, an incumbent popular with his base never loses re-election. It's never happened before. Till now. How can that be?

The number of people who think the election was stolen is only going to increase as time goes on and more stuff like this comes out.

even IF Biden did win thanks to voter fraud, he was OK with it just as long as it got Trump out of the White House.

Welcome to post-Christian America. It has come to the point where the majority -- and perhaps the vast majority -- of the political left has adopted this mindset. You can't have a free republic with so many people like that. It's simply not possible.

First, how can the State *prove* they knew what PDJT was _thinking_?

They have someone who was in the close inner circle who already testified to this at the J6 committee. I believe it was the chief counsel to Mark Meadows, the President’s chief of staff. Meadows himself may have now confirmed this, among others, as Meadows wasn’t named in the indictment as a co-conspirator.
