Anyone having connection problems with sites today? Various sites, various problems. Some YouTube vids don't load, Walmart works kinda, Twitter (X) says no connection, but if I access thru a New Private Window I can get on. But if I do that on Youtube I'm open to ads.

Slight problems with storms coming through.

I recently had cable drop from 900Mbps to 100Mpbs, as my modem was too old and I didn’t want to pay for the extra speed I don’t need.

This morning I rebooted my modem and speedtest showed 40Mbps. I checked it about an hour later and it was 120Mbps.

When I access FR on my Linux Mint/FirefoxESR, it is sometimes sluggish.

Ballysports baseball on Vivaldi browser is coming through with only an occasional glitch.

I am also running a Netflix movie on ROKU and it is coming through fine.

YES! Edge browser has acted strange all day. Resolution, black screens returned, font sizes inconsistent, login screens look like something from an 80s app - erratic all day. Have reverted to Opera.

Funny you mention “Some YouTube vids don’t load” — I had that problem yesterday in Safari, but the sites would load in Brave. I quit and restarted Safari and things are back to normal.

Yeah. Seems to be that they found a way to keep sites from working correctly if an ad blocker is on.
The sites sort of work, but not everything.

Find a site that you sort of trust that’s not working correctly and turn off the ad blocker.

I’ve tried it on 3 sites so far.
