Due process provided by the U.S. Constitution and federal law allows Trump’s legal team not only to the discovery the government provides, but to any and all information, document, witness within the government as a whole.
The game we’re playing in this thread is you’re Trump’s lawyer and you get to subpoena anyone in government either previously or currently employed, and/or any document. To play the game:
1.) State the person’s name or the document that you would subpoena.
2.) State the reason you want that person or document.

The Judge is part of the Democrat Party machine. They are working to take Trump out of the race. They can push Biden back in, he resigns and Harris is the next puppet.

Step 1) Move the family to an undisclosed location because the commies will doxx and threaten and maybe even harm them.
Call Al Gore and Hillary and Stacey Abrams and everyone who ever did not concede or say Russian interference and hanging chads. If they are still alive get them all in court. State level too.
The other day Julie Kelly reported and it was posted here on FR the Judge in this very likely could be asked to hold Trump in custody until trial like many of the other 1/6 defendants, if I were Trump’s lawyer the first thing I would make sure Trump isn’t held until trial.
He won’t be held in jail, but he could be held under house arrest at Mar-a-Lago and barred from social media, effectively keeping him unable to campaign, given what I’ve read about this judge anything’s possible

While I’ve seen reports, I have not read the indictment. I do, though, believe we need to enact reforms so that Americans have the right to remove cases from Washington, DC to their home districts.
Washington, DC is a “swamp” and it is unfair to have to stand trial before a jury that is reflective of the swamp mentality.
One of the reasons our country is in decline is the politicization of the rule of law. No more excuses—I will end the weaponization of the federal government.

A trial will take lots of time to happen. They know most of us will vote before a trial.

Because that would be treason now, right? To delay elector certification beyond 20 January to allow for pending court cases to proceed is now treason
I’d give Trump hell for not buying an extradition-proof island while he had the chance...now he’s going to have to live the rest of his life under pressures no one should have to bear, regardless of the outcome of these legal actions and the election. Fortunately I think he has the strength to do so. I’m equally sure some of those snared by the DOJ net do not.
