Didn’t he do The Jiggly Jiggly in the back of a movie theater? You mean that Pee-Wee Herman?

He had that incident in the movie theater where he was caught...in a handy way. But about 6 months later, there was some awards show or something and he came out in his Pee Wee outfit, looked at the silent crowd, and said, "Heard any good jokes lately??" The audience busted up, and the tension, which had been hovering over the crowd, was broken.
He played "The Spleen" in "Mystery Men," a pretty good superhero movie, even if it did have that annoying leftist woman in it, you know, the one who's so forgettable.
I had a kid in my class who acted like him, even though he'd never seen any of Pee Wee's show. Uncanny. RIP, Pee Wee, and say hi to Large Marge for us.

I always thought the Saturday morning show was full of double entendre’s.......and Miss Yvonne sure didn’t mind showing that ample bosom. 😏

My 1979 Ford was good for that. But I had a front-wheel drive Alliance by that time. Not so much sliding. I think the Chrysler LeBaron was also front-wheel drive by that time. But it might have been fun to drive with the top down. John Voight liked to do that.

I was a big fan of Pee-Wee Herman when I was a kid.

I never saw his tv show and was late seeing the two movies but I consider the movies to be comedy classics of the top rank.
Sorry he’s gone.
Rest In Peace.

My daughter and I used to watch the Playhouse. The double entendre jokes were a riot!

Caught with a computer full of child porn. I guess that qualifies him as a perv, even though he got off on a technicality.

Despite his problems, he provided a lot of entertainment to our kids (and us parents) back in the day. RIP, Pee Wee! Thanks for the laughs.

They’re still selling Pee Wee’s Big Adventure T-shirts down at the Alamo gift and T-shirt shops. Almost bought one last time I was there. I visit there a lot. Should be able to see the Phil Collins collection the next time I go.
