Georgia Woman Arrested in Bahamas in Alleged Plot to Kill Former Auburn Football Player Husband: Reports

A Georgia mother of three and former pageant queen has been arrested in the Bahamas for allegedly plotting to kill her estranged husband, a former Auburn University football player, according to reports.

Lindsay Shiver, 36, was caught when Bahamian police accidentally stumbled on her alleged scheme to murder hubby Robert Shiver, 38, while they were investigating a different case, Bahamas Court News reported.

Two men, Terrance Bethel, 28 — identified by the outlet as Lindsay Shiver’s lover — and Faron Newbold, were also arrested in the alleged hit scheme.
