"When You've Got It, Flaunt It"
You have an apt FR name.
Biden will son be sending one of our carrier groups over there. Operation Failsafe.
Why not “show off” your weapon by using it in battle.
Hey “Z”....Thanks for the heads up....Boris
They almost certainly already have used it.
I wonder who gave it to them? </sarcasm>
Nobody else uses these things, so they are most likely homemade.
The first ones were shown in prototype form in Ukraine last year. Using a Starlink box for satellite communications.
I’m guessing that those videos of the AFRL “Quick Sink” bomb have made a strong impression in many places around the world, although the people who work in those places make their thoughts known to the public.
OpSec falls to internet “likes”.
Clown World iterates into more ridiculous daily.
Maybe they can put a missile in the drone. Kind of like a torpedo.
The Black Sea fleet has kept its distance since the Moskva. And Sebastopol has locked down the harbor and naval base. I don’t think any civilian shipping is using that port.
Probably a waste of payload. Means a much smaller warhead.
They meant to show it off.
They are effective under the right circumstances. The bridge attack is a good demo.
They have. They have snuck into Sebastopol several times. Bad luck with the warheads. Other failed attacks, a couple in open water, some of which didn’t connect but were close shaves.
And there’s the Crimean bridge attack.
I’m no military expert, but it just seems common sense that if you’re the weaker combatant, you don’t “show off” your weapons anywhere but in battle. What’s the point? How is it helpful to let the world know what you’ve got?
Israel doesn’t do this. They “show off” when they’re undertaking actual operations. Maybe a few years after, they boast and gloat, but definitely not before.
These things have been in use for many months, several of them inside Sebastopol Harbor. No doubt the Russians have captured one already.
This one just seems a bit bigger and faster. I doubt its to the level of a critical secret.
Maybe they mean to keep the Russians from approaching to inspection range of vessels near the Uke coast, or maybe its to reassure their own people.
Another game-changing wonder weapon!
