I ordered two pairs of shorts last week, and I was having a hard time returning them. I finally reached them and they eventually reversed the charges and said you can keep them.
I ordered a Swift Jet that was defective. As I had already assembled it and it could not be disassembled, UPS would not ship it back.
I called Amazon. They reluctantly refunded me and told me to trash the defective Swift Jet. Which I did.
Sheesh, can you send a pair to 4runner.
I take my returns to an Amazon store and the money is usually in my account before I get back to my car.
