Principal Commits Suicide After DEI Consultants Get Hold of Him, Family and Friends Left 'Reeling'

A retired Canadian principal has taken his life after relentless bullying by a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant hired by his district.

On Thursday, attorney Lisa Bildy took to Twitter to break the sad news that her client, 60-year-old Richard Bilkszto, a former principal with the Toronto District School Board had committed suicide.

-snip

Bilkszto retired in 2019, but continued to do contract work for the school district. However, Bildy said that he “suffered an affront to [his] stellar reputation in the spring of 2021, causing him severe mental distress.”

“Unfortunately, the stress and effects of these incidents continued to plague Richard,” Bildy said. “Last week, he succumbed to this distress.

-snip

The “affront” the Bildy referred to came at the hands of a DEI consultant hired by the district named Kike Ojo-Thompson, founder of the woke KOJO Institute, which helps institutions with DEI initiatives.

According to National Review, in one of the “equity sessions” hosted by Ojo-Thompson, Bilkszto challenged her claim that Canada was an institutionally racist country. Ojo-Thompson responded to Bilkszto by lambasting him for his whiteness.

Another DEI expert joined in, National Review reported, scolding Bilkszto with the line, “if you want to be an apologist for the U.S. or Canada, this is really not the forum for that.”

Following the session, the school board issued a statement commending Ojo-Thompson for modeling how to overcome “resistance” to DEI initiatives, and in later meetings, Ojo-Thompson continued to single out Bilkszto’s comments as a form of “resistance,” National Review reported.

Bilkszto later sued the school board, demanding an investigation into the consultant’s behavior, which the board refused. However, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, an Ontario insurance collective, did investigate and ruled that Ojo-Thompson’s conduct did constitute bullying, National Review reported.

DISNEY after losing $900 million dollars on a succession of “woke” films:

“Since joining the Disney company in 2017, Latondra has led the company’s strategic diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to amplify stories of the world by people around the world.”

“She has been dedicated to ensuring every person sees themselves and their life experiences represented in a meaningful and authentic way.”

“I know you all join me in thanking Latondra for her many contributions, including the lasting impact she has had on our employees and our culture.”

Watta shock when Latondra proved her greatest talent was losing the company billions and billions of dollars.

"If you want to be an apologist for the U.S. or Canada, this is really not the forum for that.”

I would have happily replied, "Excellent, I agree I'll leave you nut cases and mental misfits to your own forum. I'm heading to the strip club for a fine Canadian brew. But before I leave make me a sandwich."

That was my first thought. But my second was that good people like this need a support group like this forum. Or maybe a solid Christian Church.

Imagine losing your career you worked years for and feeling betrayed by coworkers you thought were your friends.

Of course suicide isn’t the answer, but I can understand the despair such a situation can create in a person.

Disney’s Chief Diversity Officer Latondra Newton Exits (Disney destroyer number one)

Disney’s chief diversity officer and senior vice president Latondra Newton is exiting her role after more than six years, according to an internal memo obtained by Variety.

An individual with knowledge of the situation says that Newton will be joining the corporate board of another company soon, and plans to devote more time to her self-owned creative company.

In her role as head of DEI operations at Disney, Newton was charged with overseeing the company’s “commitment to produce entertainment that reflects a global audience and sustains a welcoming and inclusive workplace for everyone.”

Upon her departure, Newton’s direct reports will report to Julie Merges on an interim basis until a new chief diversity officer is named. Shelby Curry and the DEI internal communications team will continue to report to internal communications and engagement exec Carrie Brown.

Previously, Newton served as group vice president of social innovation and chief diversity officer at Toyota Motor North America, Inc. and chief program officer for Toyota Mobility Foundation, Toyota Motor Corporation. She began her career at Toyota in 1991.

Newton’s exit from Disney comes less than a week after CEO Bob Iger announced CFO Christine McCarthy’s decision to step down from her role. See Disney HR chief Sonia Coleman’s note to staff announcing Newton’s departure below. To our extended DEI and HR team, I’m writing to share the news that Latondra Newton has decided to leave The Walt Disney Company to pursue other endeavors.

Since joining the company in 2017, Latondra has led the company’s strategic diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to amplify stories of the world by people around the world. She has been dedicated to ensuring every person sees themselves and their life experiences represented in a meaningful and authentic way.

I know you all join me in thanking Latondra for her many contributions, including the lasting impact she has had on our employees and our culture.

Working alongside all of you and so many others, she has inspired countless cast members and employees to bring about lasting change and to help create a world where we can all feel safe and we all belong.

Latondra’s direct reports will report to Julie Merges on an interim basis until a new DEI leader is identified. I want to thank Julie for leading this team along with her Talent Acquisition organization. Additionally, Shelby Curry and the DEI Internal Communications team will continue reporting to Carrie Brown in her role leading internal communications & engagement for the company.

Equity activists are outraged over the disappearance of ‘white guilt’ that justified DEI’s existence
after Disney, Netflix, Warner Bros, and others lose money, force out their high-paid loser DEI chiefs

EDITED-—Racial equity activists are outraged after several large companies dropped their diversity, equity, and inclusion consultants......after huge company losses.

The outrage was documented in a report from the Los Angeles Times that noted the exits of DEI experts at Disney, Netflix, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and Warner Bros’ Discovery.

“I wake up every day trying not to be a cynic, but this is frightening,” Vic Bulluck of the NAACP Hollywood bureau ignorantly stated.

“Hollywood seems to be sending a message that these programs that were designed to (gag) “give more access to African Americans” are no longer needed.”

The report noted that all of the DEI chiefs dismissed were black women.

Business strategist Kim Crayton claimed that she predicted that the corporate support of DEI programs would be short-lived.

“2020 was the year that we were definitely making strides — but there wasn’t any strategy, there wasn’t any plan,” she explained.

“It was a PR moment — corporate blackface,” she added. “I told people at the time: ‘White guilt isn’t going to last.’”

Disney, Netflix, and Warner Bros. Discovery told the Los Angeles Times that these criticisms were inaccurate and that they were still committed to the cause of equity and diversity.

Crayton facetiously went on to say claim that DEI consultants were too busy “having to deal with white people’s feelings” to make any lasting change about inequity.

“If you don’t have the autonomy, the resources or the authority to make changes, it won’t work,” she said speaking in a total vacume, without a scintilla of factual proof. “Many of these women spend the majority of their time “navigating white people’s feelings’ — and you cannot do the work if you have to do that.”

Former NBC Universal diversity chair Paula Madison put her own biased spin on it.

“In many instances, other than receiving humongous salaries, the person in those roles has no power,” Madison explained. “These DEI officers are just treading water — and sometimes they are drowning. These things were never designed to be successful.”

The exasperation of DEI proponents was mirrored by that of LGBTQ activists who complained that corporations had been backing off from their support of the far-left movement during the very lucrative Pride Month.

Never, ever invite a DEI consultant into your organization.

The outcome is already determined and never in doubt- regardless of the actual reality, you are perpetrating institutionalized racism and discrimination.

Once they get their hooks in you, it is really hard to get rid of them and they know how to shake you down for money while at the same time using all the power and leverage they can build up against you.

Your resentful loser an lazy employees will be empowered and you good productive employees Will be demoralized and will probably move on to more rewarding employment.

It’s a shame what The Simpsons has become over the years, in the early years their writers were great, and the movie was great too. But ever since the movie, it’s been garbage.

For some people, their professional reputation and the social status it has earned them is everything to them, as much as, if not more essential to them than family.

I’m not that way, but I have come across some who are.
They often have several good qualities, ambitious, linear thinkers, hard working and the type who do achieve their professional goals, not just day dream about what should be or should have been, like myself.

What is missing in this is: IT WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH TO THESE TYRANTS.

You cannot grovel before these racist monsters and achieve acceptance.

They are PURE EVIL. They have to be ejected from our midst.

White people will never be acceptable to trash like this.

They want you humiliated. They want you fired. They want you unemployable. They want you cancelled. They want you homeless. They want you dead.

They rejoice when white people are so humiliated as to commit suicide from endless bullying.

Nothing good can ever come from telling people they are worthless because of their skin color. Nobody can change the race to which they were born. It is an outrage to make the charge “your race is your crime.”

These barbarians get hired and paid handsomely for their wicked racism.

This must stop.
