The Florida man who allegedly murdered his pregnant girlfriend who thought she was a man but obviously had sever psychiatric problems. The man (not the woman who thought she was a man) stole the life of the gender dysphoric victim’s unborn child. The killer has a lengthy history of terrorizing the people in his life, as indicated in court documents.

It appears to me the murderer is setting up a not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity defense. THere is an element of fact to support that defense as a person is clearly not completely sane to share in the delusions of a seriously mentally ill pregnant woman who thinks she is a “pregnant man”.
