“Get on the ground or you’re going to get bit!” he yells.
Rose complies by getting onto his knees and raising his hands, the video shows.
A state trooper whose camera was recording the incident then repeatedly shouts at the local cops: “Do not release the dog with his hands up!”
But the Circleville K-9 officer — identified by WOSU as Ryan Speakman – releases the dog, which lunges toward Rose and bites him as he screams, “Get the off of me … please, please … get it off!”

“Back the blue!” bootlickers in 3….2….1….
We’ll be treated to “hands up don’t bite”.
How about shooting the dog?
“Oh...do NOT release the dog...” Officer Speakmsn was heard saying. “My bad.”
Yep. They’ll be here shortly to upchuck their bile.
Nevermind that these same cops are the ones who target parents at school boards and told kids to get off of beaches and playgrounds during the scamdemic.
The trucker evidently breezed past an inspection station. So he wasn’t just some innocent guy.
No matter. I get that policing is a difficult job. But a certain percentage of cops live for the escalation. Their victim could be some guy who did something minor. Could be some guy who did nothing at all. And the word gets out. Respect for the police falls among honest folks.
No one wins in that case. Except for the out-of-control cop. He gets his jollies for the day.
There are just a lot of dumb cops. Sorry. Add decades of bad training and you get the cluster F we have now.
I have criticized cops many times on this forum, but there is a lot of info missing. Why did he blow through the checkpoint and why did he lead the cops on a 25 minute chase driving erratically? Why did he not get on the ground immediately when ordered? Granted, the dog was mishandled, but the story is being tailored to fit the bad cop, innocent black man narrative.
I found the problem...
“The union representing Circleville cops is asking “everyone reserve judgment” and declined further comment, the outlet reported.”
I remember a story out of Houston...bunch of cops chasing a black kid in Houston (probably a Katrina transplant.) After endangering all kinds of folks, the kid is finally tripped up by the corner of a cop car. As soon as he hit the ground, he had his hands behind his head...looked like a learned behavior...” You can’t hit me now!” Cop beat on him, anyway. And I understand his frustration. I can’t imagine riding herd on society in its current state
Well... what would you have tbem do? The mob eould just as soon lynch the cop, based on the video. Never mind the events thst led up to it. Does the name Derek Chauvin ring a bell?
Surprised this story didn’t make it into that guy’s “Pet Zealot” blog that freepers love to gush over.
“ Nevermind that these same cops are the ones who target parents at school boards..”
Do you have info that shows these cops targeting parents at school board meetings?
Gee, I don’t know, maybe not have a union there to protect them from getting fired due to incompetence?
“How about shooting the dog?“
Oh please. Imagine the uproar on social media if that happened.
In our current culture, dogs are considered perfect angels, better than people and can do no wrong. “The human must have done something to provoke the dog” is the standard answer to all of these situations.
Yeah, that.
Your Honor,
In the heat of the moment all he heard was “ release” and “ dog” and had to make a split second decision
So if the perp was white this video would NOT be shocking??

I notice this event fits the media’s narrative so it now is getting legs.
Why don’t we let the dust settle? Or just turn it over to Ben Crump’s mob and let ‘em hang the guy?
The video is pretty damning. When you have a state patrol officer saying not to do something, and the local cop does it anyway..there’s very little in the way of excuse-making that’s going to mitigate it.
