This one is well worth seeing, for those who have never seen it before and well worth seeing again and again, for those who have seen it.

Is this the one that they had to redo the ending? Where the wife was right the husband did want to kill the wife but that was too dark?

I just finished the old John Ford film “Tobacco Road”
These are real ‘all American’ classics.
It’s somewhat painful to watch them, because it makes it clear the America that we’ve lost...
