Nowland, a dementia patient, was 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighed 95 pounds
A new report on the death of a 95-year-old woman in Australia after police used a stun gun on her has found that the officers administered "a grossly disproportionate response and excessive use of force."
Clare Nowland died after police shocked her during an encounter at the Yallambee Lodge care facility, where New South Wales officers found her wandering around with her walker while holding two steak knives.
Nowland fell as she convulsed and hit her head, putting her in critical condition before she died.

Police are, unfortunately, pretty much the same everywhere. If they can escalate, they will escalate. If they’ve got a hammer on their belt, then by golly they’ll swing that hammer. Innocents be damned.
Of course, not all cops are like that. I have a deep respect for those officers who show empathy, and try to deescalate. Are such cops now in the minority? Based on what I’ve seen, I must reluctantly answer yes.
The Australian Soviet Socialist Republic.
And those vicious gangs of "Keep Left" signs.
Too bad the citizens there gave up their gun rights.
A few bullets to the heads of cops would do the trick.
I wonder if they were real Aussies or migrants that were given a cop job. Like that Somali cop that gunned down that woman in MI who was in her bathrobe bending down to talk with the cop driver when his partner reached over him and shot and killed her.
“Oh my gosh!! And nobody thought about calling in F-18s to do a surgical strike??!!”
Or cluster bombs.
Back in the mid ‘60’s, I knew a guy in high school who wanted to become a, “Mean Assed Cop” when he graduated.
He did, and several years later as a Seattle PD officer, he shot and killed a guy.
It doesn’t change your message. Minnesota!
Somalistan and worse - in the 7-county metro area - than CA.
Wow! Speechless.
The first one was awesome - I wound up seeing it with a friend while I was down in Texas - told him I’d been hearing good things.
We both found it pretty good.

It’s solid. I like the bar scene and fight too.
Well, I hope Sandy enjoyed her $100.
Before they knocked her out and suffocated her and tried to frame Jack Reacher.
I cringe every time I watch that damage to the Chevelle.
Some thing should just be illegal. Dang it.
I had Fords but I knew a couple of guys who had nice Chevelles. Local auto shop owner has one.
But, alas, I don’t have the money......LOL
The Baby Snatchers!!!!
That’s bad, but have you watched Phantasm II?
They destroy a 1971 Hemicuda…
They destroy a 1971 Hemi Cuda…
THAT is just wrong, to do that.
Gosh I miss the 1970’s - such terrific cars and I knew many of the guys that owned them
A friend had a beautiful Challenger with a 440 Magnum - it was like brand-new and probably only 6-7 years old at that time.
Cars were awesome then, and you could work on them yourself.
Now you need a specialized computer with a $20K software package.
I want to fix up an old muscle car and have the fewest options in it.
Manual windows, seats, a steering wheel, and an engine. :)
Oh, I like my power windows .... LOL
I had the other - but Dad and Mom had a couple of 60’s Thunderbirds with power windows - oh yeah
Not quite as reliable as today, mind you
A taste of what the globalist gestapo (Federal/State law enforcement) has in mind for conservatives/traditionalists/the God-fearing...if we don’t conform/comply/submit?
This would not be my daily driver mind you.
It’s fun when you can work on your own vehicle, and hangout with friends.
Nowadays people send texts and such.
