A young Texas woman is suing the doctors who put her on testosterone at age 17 and botched her double breast removal the next year, saying they should have treated her for depression and anxiety instead.
Soren Aldaco, 21, says she was confused, autistic, depressed and anxious when doctors in Fort Worth and Austin encouraged her to become a boy, take cross-sex hormones and later have both breasts removed.
In her 29-page complaint, she says doctors acted more like 'ideologues', pushing her to transition, not discussing alternatives, and 'irreversibly disfiguring and disabling' her with a shoddy mastectomy.
That operation left her 'nipples literally peeling off of her chest,' and she will not be able to breastfeed and may be infertile, it is claimed. The hormone shots left her with a damaged vagina and other problems.
Aldaco filed her suit in Tarrant County, Texas, on Friday. She seeks a jury trial and more than $1million in damages.
'This lawsuit details a chronology of wrongful acts committed by a collective of medical providers who... administered a series of ruinous procedures and treatments,' the papers say.
Aldaco was a 'vulnerable teenager struggling with a slew of mental health issues' while also 'grappling with the universal challenges of adolescence and body image,' the papers say.

That’s exactly what it is. A urologist told me, words to the effect that, medicine is as much about fashion as women’s hemlines. They go up, they go down. We’ll read about a new procedure; attend conferences, learn how to do it, maybe even get “certified.” Then, over time we figure out it doesn’t do what all the articles and testimonials say it does and it disappears. Then, the next thing comes along. His advice...don’t have anything done unless there’s no other choice.
Many more docs do tell these people its not a good idea.
They are given the info and they decide to ignore it.
They keep looking until someone says they think it would be ok to do.
What about when adults other thaen parents turn a child..as young as 7 or 8.. into a eunuch without the parents permission?.
What we need is a few cases like this one where the girl was victimized at 16 or under. After a few of these “doctors” get multi million dollar judgements against them this BS will stop
The more of these suits the better. Money talks. Maybe these butchers will feel the winds of change and shift specialties.
Informed consent...did they share with her the statistics on suicide, infertility, inability to orgasm, osteoporosis and a host of other life long issues? First do no harm.
These doctors should have their licenses stripped. All of them unless they operate only on genuine hermaphrodites, rare abnormalities or genetic intersex.
When my family went through this, we had to tread lightly.
Doctors will gaslight parents; gender clinics are all about the agenda. They were not prepared for me, because I did my research and refused to cave. A lot of parents are uninformed and ill-prepared for this fight.
I had to keep my child close and prove they were lying. I demanded tests only to be refused by two different teams. Finally, the third team confirmed my child had an incurable endocrine defect.
I slow walked the process over several years because if I didn’t, the schools/courts could take my child away and immediately begin transitioning. My husband and I refused surgery (my daughter didn’t need hormones, her body was masculinizing naturally).
We seriously considered selling everything and moving to another country to protect her.
Literally, everything is stacked against you. But don’t give up, don’t give in. Fight the system.
The reason we have doctors & medical boards is that people are not competent to diagnose & treat themselves. There is a higher level of responsibility incumbent on doctors. It is malpractice to remove a healthy limb from mentally ill people who are convinced that they need surgery. Sex change surgery is worse in morbidity & mortality effects than removing a healthy limb. People have been brainwashed into accepting that this is anything other than mutilation and medical malpractice.
That's fine now he's going to be a very broke liberal minded doctor. A good lesson to all the others.

I'd imagine that a lot of people would be hesitant to seek help for depression because they don't want law enforcement kicking down their doors to confiscate their firearms under red-flag laws. For their own good, of course.
This is also something these kids learn online. They have guides about how to manipulate and pressure parents and health care providers by threatening suicide and learning how to answer questions to get the desired outcome.

But they were old enough at the time to know better so they’re responsible for their actions.
Where is what you state, occurring? At age 7 or 8?
California is working on it.
So it is not currently occurring.
If it,occurs its the responsibility of everyone who made it occur. And then anyone who promotes it.
I said on this site months ago that eventually the lawsuits would start and they would be for big bucks. Eventually medical malpractice insurance companies will stop insuring physicians and hospitals who participate in this horrible practice. The damages verdicts by juries will be in the multi-million dollars range.
No insurance company will be able to stay in business if they have to start paying out on verdict after verdict. Can you imagine a 19 or 20 year old on the stand describing what doctors told her or him while they were only twelve or thirteen and unable to properly understand and consent to such a mutilation of their physical body? As they described the physical and the mental pain they have suffered due to these horrible physicians who are denying biological reality?
Parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles, will be on those juries. They will be imagining their own young loved one in such a situation.
The other issue is parents who encouraged their children in these delusions instead of counseling them to be patient through puberty. Many are going to end up murdered in their sleep. And many are going to be sued as well. They are going to end up with neither live daughter OR dead son. They are going to end up with no child at all as their child blames them for all the harm caused and breaks off all contact.

How would anyone know?...private medical records.
Tuere would be stories.
Even those in favor of this do not do hormomes or anything this early. At those ages before puberty its of no use anyway.
