Tornado alley. Sounds good. Yes I know Disney world is home to hurricanes and Disneyland is earthquake central. But they were built decades ago. Good luck to this place. It probably will be well attended.
In the 70s/80s there were rumors of Disney planning a theme park in NE Oklahoma to capitalize on the name of the small town of Disney, Oklahoma.
The plan fell through or Disney changed their minds.
Isn't that like a breach of the oath that Disney Imagineers have to take, like first do nothing in support of racis patriotis and their oppressive constitution.
125 acre theme park. Doesn’t sound too big.
1000 acre property. Must have plans for hotels/parking.
I sure this place will too. Give it a moment.
Well I wish them luck but theme parks are not my idea of fun. Scaring yourself on some up and down ride and with a few weird accidents lately. Nope.

Grand, Oklahoma. Population: Ghost Town
Can anyone explain to me how a population of 10-15 thousand people (mostly retirees) can support a few million visitors per year?
1. Needs a normally used airport,
2. Needs normally used national traffic.

OMG!!! Tornado Heaven!! WTH are they thinking??
Well, they won’t have a crime problem.
One of the main attractions will be a demolished trailer park.
A theme park that will feature real tornadoes.
Very cold winters in OK may affect visitors.

Probably all gonna be on-site at the park. Employees, too. Might have to widen the road in a few places.
maybe they will design a ride where you get taken up in a gondola to the top of the tower, on a platform, waiting for the tornado to pick you up for the ride of your life, literally.
If you build it, they will come. Disney World was pretty much a swamp at one time. I’m guessing this new place will be a lot less expensive than Disney.
Oklahoma?
needs a normal airport and hotels.. lol. did you ever visit orlando in 1972 when fisney opened???. the airport had like 8 terminals. that was it! and disney world was a 1/2 hour ride thru the swamp...
