Lawmakers said they had "an argument" with a commanding officer at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida as they pushed for answers about UFOs.

During the recent trip to Eglin Air Force Base, Luna said she, Burchett and Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., were blocked by the Pentagon and Air Force from seeing information and pictures, from reading testimony from pilots who saw potential UFOs and from talking to witnesses.
They visited Eglin Air Force Base because they were told they were going to be briefed on UFO-related issues, Burchett said.
Luna added that they were following up on whistleblowers' claims.
"The synopsis had nothing to do UFOs, and we stopped the thing in the middle of it and said, ‘Hey, this is not what you all told us we were coming down here for.’ And they basically told us, ‘We’re not going to get into UAPs,'" Burchett said.
Luna said this sparked the confrontation with the commanding general at the base.
"Even before we got down there, the Pentagon tried to stop the field hearing," she said.
"After much arm twisting, we got some of the information, but the fact is … that they answer to Congress acting on behalf of the American people, and any government entity that attempts to stonewall us is doing nothing in the best interest of the American people," Luna said.
"If the Air Force, the Pentagon thinks they're above Congress, then they have another thing coming to them. We told them we were going to do this if they continue to hide information."

Don’t worry. Trump has been leading the government these past two years, and whatever does or doesn’t come out of the UFO is what he has created.
Oh, and Mike Pence has been dead since Jan. 6 and Trump directly manipulates the CGI Pence we see everywhere.
The “story” behind Roswell, is that the UFO crashed because of a then-new powerful pulsed Raytheon radar system out of the nearby Holloman AFB. There were no flight controls on the craft that we would recognize as such, it was done telepathically.
Please don’t take it to mean my recounting of the tale indicates I believe it, just that is the story.
Seriously I can’t help but wonder if this is to provide a cover story when millions disappear when the Rapture happens — they all disappeared due to a “mass alien abduction.
At least that may be the probable “official explanation”.
Perhaps he didn’t know of them until recently or needed to maintain a sound reputation. People who knew about UFOs, especially in detail, were on the fringe in those days. Ridicule, scorn, and marginalization was the standard treatment for them. I know. I was always treated like a kook.

If you read the analysis reports on the Roswell and Socorro crashes, you will also see that they could be describing touch screens. Unknown in those days, those would not have been recognized. One comment in the analysis did propose some sort of tactile touch was used.

Naw, I just can’t figure out why some would craft these elaborate stories. Money, obviously.
Philip Corso kind of got the ball rolling. A respected WWII veteran, served in Eisenhower’s White House. I just don’t believe he was acting on a free lance basis. At “best” it is some kind of misdirection.
Why?
With the exception of Corso, none of the document disclosures created a revenue stream. They free-floated on BBSs and were copied and distributed without charge.

Whistleblowers have been all over the wormhole/portal technology for a couple of decades.
