The sale of air conditioners ALWAYS goes up the first full month of summer.Which is exactly why places like walmart stock up on them. In the Fall, they stock freezers for hunting season. It's called seasonal and many stores even have aisles named seasonal.

Wow, you mean in the fall they bring in snow shovels and ice melter products?

Yep, my brother used to work at a factory that produced lawn mowers in the winter and snow blowers in the summer.
