A medicine, that ends up have side effects. The Pharma Co’s can claim they did not know.
IF it goes to litigation. And IF it can be shown that it IS a weapon i.e. (Knowingly marketing it. KNOWING that there were massive and huge % of side effects, death) LIKELY to do MORE Harm than Good on a large scale.
I think that their immunity from liability could go away, or reduced quite a bit..

DeSantis set up distribution for monoclonal antibodies which are not vaccines, but a proven and effective medical technology. DeSantis set up distribution to get the therapeutic to vulnerable seniors in Florida that had contacted COVID. Every state has a distribution process for vaccines.
You’ll likely confusing it with mRNA technology that TRUMP rammed through approval despite not a single drug or vaccine made with it being able to even get out of clinical trials, due to its risks and ineffectiveness, for over a decade.
DJT said the “vaccine is one of greatest achievements of man kind”, so you need to get behind it or you aren’t MAGA.

Just more proof that DeSantis knows how to handle a major crisis effectively and assure the blue hairs here Florida that he hasn’t turned his office over to bureaucrat grifters and that he has things under control. I saw it before and after Hurricane Ian, too. It’s unfortunate we didn’t have Florida level leadership at the national level in 2020.
