I think it changes the landscape..
A medicine, that ends up have side effects. The Pharma Co’s can claim they did not know.

IF it goes to litigation. And IF it can be shown that it IS a weapon i.e. (Knowingly marketing it. KNOWING that there were massive and huge % of side effects, death) LIKELY to do MORE Harm than Good on a large scale.

I think that their immunity from liability could go away, or reduced quite a bit..

A vaccine with unknown side effects is one thing. Calling it a weapon is very different.

The over the top hyperbole just looks stupid, created for people who live their lives outraged. People can’t keep that energy going.
