MINNETONKA, MN โ Westwood Professional Services Inc., a 50-year-old national engineering firm based in Minnetonka, will move its headquarters to Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Following its aquisition of Texas-based Peloton Land Solution in June, the majority of Westwood employees already living in the Lone Star State.
In a June 30 announcement, Westwood said the Peloton acquisition supports their "long-term strategy to expand its existing markets and services."

Some industrial RE agents stopped by my little shop the other day asking if I wanted 20,000 feet. I asked “which one” because there are five 20,000 foot buildings open for lease in what was, pre-pandemic, a fully utilized industrial park. They said the same thing... XYZ company on ABD road, they are moving to Florida...
Unfortunately I don’t need 20,000 feet. Maybe in a year or two if I stop posting here and buckle down.

Agreed. With so many people moving from 5th column leftist states to Texas, it’s just a matter of time before cognative dissonance of those voters turns Texas into the mess they left....and by default the rest of the country with it.
Maybe immigrants from a blue state should not be allowed to vote in the adoptive red state until they (a) have lived there for 10 years or (b) can prove that they do not own an electric vehicle and that they do own at least 12 guns, whichever comes earliest.

I’ll be going to an air-conditioned, elevated, indoor walking track tomorrow. They are having a gun and knife show below. That should a very safe place. I’ve never heard of a mass-shooting at a gun and knife show. It’s the gun-free zones that worry me.
And move to Texas.
