Yeah, I was going to say, I’m pretty sure just about everyone in Thailand lacks the necessary mutation to digest cheese.

Cheese food is what they feed cheese monsters to make actual cheese. Or so This Guy thinks.

but that’s not real cheese

Gross and most likely dangerous. No real Chef would propose such an entre. Side Dish “Double-Prune Pudding Pie” served only in XXL containers.
To: nickcarraway
I like cheese, but that’s disgusting.

1/2 pound lean ground meat formed into a patty
Cook at high heat on the stove to quickly brown the outside and leave the inside very rare.
Flip it over and put blue cheese on it, salt, pepper.
Serve it on a bun or just as a steak. It is delicious.

"American cheese is processed cheese made from a blend of milk, milk fats and solids, other fats and whey protein concentrate. Earlier, it was made from a mixture of cheeses, more often than not Colby and Cheddar. Since blended cheeses are no longer used, it cannot be legally called “cheese” and has to be labelled as “processed cheese”, “cheese product“, etc. "
Mt Athos, (Oros Ἄθως) I stand corrected ! I should have said that it has dairy, but is not technically "Cheese"!

I do like it. That is Mt. Athos? Greece, then. I didn’t know Greece had such big mountains.
