1/2 pound lean ground meat formed into a patty
Cook at high heat on the stove to quickly brown the outside and leave the inside very rare.
Flip it over and put blue cheese on it, salt, pepper.
Serve it on a bun or just as a steak. It is delicious.

BK has pretty much given up on a flame broiled tasty burger. They now serve boiled patties with little fake smoke stripes added. I no longer eat at BK. *yuck*
