. Failure to allow someone to merge is a dissing, and we've learned that dissing may result in death. That would be my assessment as well. Intentionally running over someone while on surveillance cameras has forced Alvin Bragg to do something regardless of his proclivity to let criminals get away with anything and everything. The coverage is meant to minimize the reaction when the charges are dropped in the near future.
