That would be my assessment as well. Intentionally running over someone while on surveillance cameras has forced Alvin Bragg to do something regardless of his proclivity to let criminals get away with anything and everything. The coverage is meant to minimize the reaction when the charges are dropped in the near future.

I wonder how long the mother of these kids knew the perp, and if any of them are his kids. He lives in a shelter, has a criminal past, and she’s having him drop her off at work.
