Pick any small sun spot from that picture. That would be bigger than earth.
Then go into orbit in a space capsule. You won’t see any man made objects.
Conclusion:
Earth is puny compared to Sun.
Humans are puny compared to earth.

This photo has to be some kind of time lapse composite. I just looked at the sun through shielded binoculars and only saw 2 sun spots.
