After watching the full tilt rush toward sex changes on children, people getting fired for saying being a man or woman is biological, security guards getting fired for stopping theft, teachers getting fired for not using someone's pronouns, Los Angeles city councilmembers saying catalytic converter theft is the fault of the car manufacturers for making the theft so easy, etc. etc. etc. at this point I believe anything is possible because doing and saying insane unmoored from reality statements and actions is not only condoned it's encouraged and rewarded.
