Sorry but Democratic urban America is simply not livable for decent and rational people. Not only is there no effective policing but the entire criminal justice system has collapsed. Almost no felons are arrested, convicted or imprisoned. Marauding bands of thugs roam at will. Eventually it will be the gangs themselves that will enforce order to preserve their turf. Who in their right mind would invest money there, voluntarily send their kids to public schools or live even in “good” neighborhoods?
